GET    /notes?notable_type=machine&notable_uuid={uuid}

notable_type and notable_uuid are required on GET and POST. The value of notable_uuid is a uuid or a numeric id. notable_type is one of:

machine | ticket | work_order | maintenance_task | inspection | location | supplier | part | quote | purchase_order | service_contract | warranty_claim | safety_incident | reporter | floor_plan

POST — the same fields in the body, plus body (required, max 5000). Response 201. The author is the user of the token.

PATCH — body is required (max 5000). Sets edited_at. {id} is the numeric id; notes have no uuid.

DELETE — 204. {id} is the numeric id.
