POST /inspections
GET  /inspections/{id}

failed=1: only passed=false.

POST — required machine_id, passed (boolean). Optional: inspector, notes, inspected_at, next_due_at, signature, checklist (array), blocked_machine. A failed inspection (passed: false) together with blocked_machine sets the machine to out_of_service. Response 201.
